Environmental Policy

Hunter Industrial Ceramics Pty Limited, as a responsible corporate citizen, is committed to managing its operations in a manner, which strives to achieve economically sustainable development whilst protecting the environment and safeguarding the health and safety of employees and the community.

To further this commitment Hunter Industrial Ceramics Pty Limited has resolved to:

1. Comply with the environmental laws and conditions as set out by the relevant authorities.

2. To provide the guidelines, management structures, personnel and resources necessary to minimize

potential adverse effects of our operations on the environment and human health.

3. Provide education and training for management and employees to impart an understanding of this

policy and promote the continued protection of the environment.

4. Develop environmental standards to meet the aims of this policy and to hold managers and

employees accountable for their performance.

5. Monitor and evaluate the Company's performance in achieving the aims of this Policy and to

implement regular environmental audits to achieve responsible self-regulation of the Company's

operations.
