Hunter Industrial Ceramics has in recent years expanded into supplying a fully inclusive Cyclone Plant maintenance program which include:

Complete re-design of existing cyclones to full alumina ceramic lined units

Cost effective use of existing cyclones and spares prior to replacement with alumina lined units

Guarantee of each of our complete units or component part thereof for specified tonnages

Regular inspection and measurement of all units and associated equipment

Comprehensive periodic reporting detailing condition of all units and progressive cost analysis

Control ad maintenance of cyclone spare parts and complete units

Removal of worn components/cyclones and installation of replacement parts/cyclones

Regular contact with client to ensure program objectives are met
